How to request deletion
You can delete your account and associated data in either of these ways:
- In the Haven app: Profile > Settings > Delete account.
- By email request: privacy@modexapps.com.
Include the email address linked to your Haven account so we can verify and process your request.
What gets deleted
When account deletion is requested, Haven deletes account-associated personal data, including profile data and app records tied to your account, such as mood entries, journal records, and activity history.
Retention window
Data is soft-deleted at request time and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period for backup and recovery operations, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
